Holly began serving as the District's Rangeland and Watershed Resource Specialist in June 2022.

She holds an B.S. Degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from Utah State University and a Masters from UWYo in Agricultural and Applied Economics. Her past work experience has been dedicated to working with landowners, energy developers, and policy makers across Wyoming to find short and long-term solutions for conservation efforts.

Holly and her husband are first-generation farmers and ranchers who own a small cow-calf and hay operation which takes up most of her spare time.

She is eager to assist both private and public entities with technical and funding support for best conservation practices in WY.
