The 2026 Conservation Expo will be Saturday, May 9th, 2026 @ the Laramie Ice & Event Center!

We are happy to announce that SATURDAY, MAY 9TH  is the official date of our 2026 Conservation Expo!

This is a FREE event that pulls in over 300 public attendees each year!  This year, the Expo will be open to the public from 10am-2pm, with exhibitor set-up beginning at 9am.  Our team will be working hard the next few weeks to hash out all of the finer details for this year's event!

 

Traditionally, the District invites community partners and educators from across Albany County and the state to host educational booth spaces and interactive stations for the public to walk about and browse at their leisure. 

In addition, we coordinate 3-4 larger group demonstrations that we will schedule and announce/advertise prior to the Expo as well!

 

Booths are FREE but space is limited!

 

If you would like to host an exhibitor booth, please Register HERE by Friday, April 10th, 2026.

 

  • Booth displays will include (1) standard 8ft x 30in folding table with two folding chairs.
  • Exhibitor spaces will be roughly 10 feet wide. 
  • Please be prepared to supply your own wall or backdrop to hang materials.
  • If you will require electrical power or a second table, please indicate so in your RSVP and we will work to make those accommodations for you prior to the event!

 

Please note: NO vendor sales are allowed at the Expo.  The LRCD Conservation Expo is for educational purposes only.  Exhibitors may hand out business advertisements, literature and free promotional products to community members, but they cannot sell products or commodities.  Other than food & drink from the Ice & Event Center concession stand, no other money should be exchanged at this event.
