OUR ANNUAL TREE SALE

Each year LRCD hosts our popular seedling tree & shrub sale that provides Albany County and surrounding areas with affordable, conservation grade, trees and shrubs for both urban and rural residents.

The sale opens online where you can submit your orders and payment. Trees will be ready for you to pick up at the end of April.

The program historically sells between 5500-6000 seedling trees and shrubs.

Tree and shrub varieties are selected for their overall hardiness and ability to grow in our unique, high plains climate. 

Please note: LRCD was not able to purchase any Rocky Mountain Juniper saplings for the 2026 sale this year. We apologize for the inconvenience as we recognize these are typically one of our staple items provided each year. If you are in need of any Junipers, we encourage you reach out to a local or regional nursery!
