Ruth retired from the University of Wyoming where she previously worked as the Study Abroad Coordinator/Student Exchange Advisor for UW International Programs. Ruth believes that water conservation is one of the most important issues facing this region today. Ruth is confident that LRCD can play a strong role in educating our community about the water supply and planning challenges we are currently facing.
