Larry is a retired UW professor of Soil Science and represents the District as the Vice Chair and a rural representative. Larry and his wife reside on a small acreage parcel that supports a horse training operation near Harmony. Larry is the longest serving member of the Board, appointed in 2008. Larry represents rural and sustainable agriculture within Albany County.
